💼 About This Role

You'll join the Corporate FP&A team at Camunda, the leader in enterprise agentic automation. You'll drive planning, forecasting, and business partnership to shape decision-making across the company. This role offers high visibility with executive stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build driver-based models for operating expenses and headcount
• Partner with FP&A managers and department leaders on strategy
• Produce KPI reporting and root cause analysis
• Create executive-ready reporting packages and board materials

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of senior-level FP&A or investment banking experience
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills for large datasets
• Experience with forecast/budget cycles and leadership reporting
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Workday, Adaptive or similar FP&A systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a SaaS or subscription-based company
• Prepared board or investor-level reporting packages
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in finance workflows
