You'll develop, validate, and deploy inspection methods for highly engineered hardware supporting the SPARC project. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex measurement problems and build repeatable processes that scale. This role offers hands-on work with advanced metrology equipment at a leading fusion energy company.

  • Develop and refine advanced mechanical inspection techniques
  • Qualify inspection methods with Quality Engineering
  • Support production readiness and rapid issue resolution
  • Evaluate and select new metrology equipment
  • Summarize and present dimensional inspection results

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience developing advanced metrology/inspection techniques
  • Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and apply GD&T

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PolyWorks Inspector experience
  • Experience in regulated industry (aerospace, medical)
  • Familiarity with statistical quality tools (gage R&R, DOE)
