💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing fintech company powering wealth creation globally. You'll build and scale the Brokerage Operations function, handling pre and post trade processing for security products. This role is key as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, and Compliance, with a focus on self-clearing and securities lending activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process pre and post trade for all security products
• Oversee self-clearing and securities lending activities
• Establish positions into internal system and custodians
• Respond to partner inquiries and remediate trade exceptions

📋 Requirements

• Industry expertise in Brokerage Operations and Trade Support
• Experience with broker dealer build-outs and self-clearing
• Strong comfort level in Excel, SQL, and Jira
• Series 24 License required

• Experience with OMS and front-end trading systems
• Onboarding and validating new accounts experience
