💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary customer-facing technical leader for Temporal's Growth team in the Western region, guiding prospects on application fit for Temporal's platform and showcasing technical advantages of the cloud service. You'll own technical relationships and drive adoption of Temporal in production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine application fit for Temporal's platform with prospects
• Educate on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal
• Drive adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments
• Build and present application prototypes using supported languages

📋 Requirements

• Reside in Mountain or West time zones
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies
• Proficiency in one of: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C# or PHP
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with application patterns and platform architectures
• Background in operational production environments (security, reliability, performance)
• Technical advisory skills for sales account executives
