• Establish M&A playbook and manage due diligence
• Drive 100-day post-merger integration plans
• Architect and lead Annual Operating Plan process
• Lead strategic resource capacity planning

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive work experience
• Experience in Management Consulting or Strategic Finance
• Experience with M&A cycles preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
