Description

As a Private Equity Operations Associate, you will support value creation efforts at our portfolio companies, work on M&A activities including underwriting and due diligence, and develop skills in operations and people management through mentorship from senior leaders.

Requirements

• Talented individual with interest in private equity operations and technology business
• Ability to build operational, financial, and management skills
• Comfort working in a Chicago headquarters office

Responsibilities

• Support value creation efforts for operating companies as part of Finance Operations team
• Assist with M&A activities including underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and onboarding
• Learn and monitor business metrics and KPIs to contribute to platform projects
• Develop cross-functional skills in operations and people management
• Work with Leadership Team to understand and execute strategy
