You'll support branding, content, CRM, growth, and design teams with agile project management and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks like meeting minutes and report summaries. Your work will enable the Growth team to optimize operations and deliver consistent results at Flash.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and flow demands for Branding, Content, CRM, Growth, and Design.
• Apply AI to automate tasks like meeting notes and spreadsheet organization.
• Update project timelines and control dashboards.
• Document meeting action items and maintain internal processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and suppliers.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, or Production Engineering.
• Extreme organization and ability to prioritize important vs urgent tasks.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion) and Slack.
• Previous experience in junior enterprise, agencies, or self-managed projects.
