๐ผ About This Role
You'll own technical integrations with publisher partners, SSPs, and platform tech, serving as the connective tissue between Gist's engineering and partner technical teams. You'll troubleshoot real-time and design integration approaches that fit diverse stacks. This role is deeply embedded with Ads Engineering and BD, not sales cycles.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical integrations with publisher and platform partners.
- Lead technical working sessions to design integration approaches.
- Triage issues, coordinate with Ads Engineering, and drive resolution.
- Evaluate tech partnerships for API compatibility and integration complexity.
๐ Requirements
- 5-9 years of AdTech/programmatic advertising experience with technical depth.
- Mastery of programmatic ecosystem: OpenRTB, header bidding, SSP/DSP, GAM.
- Comfort reading and writing JavaScript or Python for debugging tags and APIs.
- Experience with major SSPs (Index Exchange, Magnite, PubMatic, etc.) or DSPs.

- Experience with AI ad surfaces, contextual targeting, or native ad units.
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO concepts and AI-driven content environments.
