You'll maintain and grow relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth through expansion and new business. You'll act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic solutions to help clients achieve their objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading cloud solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, especially cloud migration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to meet client needs

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an account manager selling SAAS to US public accounting or 3+ years in assurance services
  • Ability to query data from HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Nav
  • Foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Prior work in the audit and accounting technology industry
  • Experience mapping customer requirements to solution capabilities
