Description

You will lead demand generation for the German market, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline for Kaseya's EMEA segment. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to optimize campaign performance and contribute to account-based marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience in IT/software/technology
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with ability to review campaign data and communicate insights
• Native German speaker with full professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Execute paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication
• Manage campaign setup, landing page coordination, form optimisation, and lead capture processes
• Monitor campaign performance and track CPL, MQL volume/quality, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers to ensure on-time delivery
• Contribute to post-campaign analysis and optimisation, applying insights to future campaigns
