💼 About This Role

You'll support garage floor coating installations using our durable polyurea and polyaspartic system. You'll prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply coatings to transform customers' garage spaces. You'll receive paid training with a clear path to Lead Installer role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and install garage organization systems from design plans
• Transport and handle products safely on job sites
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards

📋 Requirements

• Ability to read design drawings and translate into installations
• Skilled in using hand and power tools with precision
• Physically able to lift and carry products in varied conditions
• Comfortable working at least 2 weekends per month
