Your work will directly improve customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring regulatory compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and refine core experiences across the full customer journey
• Partner with PMs, engineering, and data teams to define design requirements
• Establish and maintain design patterns for consistency and simplicity
• Identify friction points and design thoughtful solutions for usability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful problem-solving and systematic design
• Deep understanding of financial products and user trust
• Skilled in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design workflows
