Description

You will provide expert legal advice on derivatives and OTC trading, draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and other trading documents, and collaborate with trading desks and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in derivatives, capital markets, or trading documentation legal work
• Strong knowledge of ISDA agreements, CSA, and global OTC derivatives regulations
• Proven track record advising clients on derivatives documentation and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives trading documents
• Providing legal guidance on derivatives transactions, collateral management, and OTC trading compliance
• Collaborating with trading desks, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams
• Managing legal, risk, and compliance issues for clients in derivatives and financial services
• Staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes in global derivatives rules
