💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Activities Team in coordinating and implementing activity programming for HealthCenters. Your core impact is enhancing residents' quality of life through engaging activities. This role offers DailyPay and a rewarding opportunity in long-term care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Encourage resident participation in group or self-directed activities.
• Lead group activities as assigned by the Director of Activities.
• Provide 1:1 activity intervention for residents with limited group involvement.
• Ensure resident health, safety, and welfare during activities.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or training.
• Caring, compassionate, energetic personality.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• One to two years of activities assisting experience in long-term care.
• Completion of Indiana 90-hour Basic Activity Director's Course.
