Description

As a Weekend RN with BAYADA Home Health, you will provide home visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. You'll follow personalized care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and document care using a touch pad tablet, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Home care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits and perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Perform client assessments and case management coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
