💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of test and demonstration of electronic warfare systems, including planning, execution, and reporting. You'll work on early-stage prototyping and interface with military customers during remote demonstrations. This role offers high autonomy and exposure to cutting-edge defense technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own test and demonstration planning, execution, and reporting
• Create and automate procedures for building and testing systems
• Review data to drive root cause analysis and process improvement
• Interface with military customers and handle logistics for remote demos

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2-5 years safety critical testing experience (autonomous/remotely piloted systems)
• Experience with on-site testing and troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel >25% nationally/internationally with valid passport

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• FAA Part 107 license or Ham Radio license
• Proven track record of on-the-spot troubleshooting
