💼 About This Role

You'll lead the investigation and resolution of complex and large loss claims for Airbnb's AirCover platform. You'll develop risk mitigation strategies and influence cross-functional teams to drive improvements and scale changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess policy/product impact on high severity claims and operating model
• Lead large loss claim reviews with insurers and manage coverage issues
• Craft resolution plans for complex claims with carriers and TPAs
• Build executive dashboards with top drivers, cycle time, reserve adequacy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years insurance claims coverage and litigation experience
• Demonstrated portfolio-level leadership setting strategy and KPIs
• Strong data acumen working with large data sets and analytics
• Strong knowledge of complex claim resolution techniques and legal aspects

• Experience with global exposure and cross-border claims
