Description

You will own the manufacturing of advanced command and control systems, from prototyping to full-scale production, collaborating with design engineers and production teams to drive efficiency and solve complex build issues. Your work directly supports the modernization of defense capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
• 5+ years in manufacturing or similar role
• Experience physically manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly)
• Eligible for U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated ability to deliver hardware in resource-constrained environments

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing of products from prototyping to full-scale production
• Work with design engineers to drive design for manufacturing best practices
• Act as subject matter expert to solve complex build problems (mechanical, electrical, software)
• Own documentation for manufacturing at scale (MBOMs, work instructions, process flows)
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and capacity
