💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a [solidcore] studio, coaching 10 classes per week and developing a team of coaches. You'll drive client retention and community outreach to meet studio goals. This role combines hands-on coaching with leadership in a fast-growing boutique fitness brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as lead instructor
• Develop and provide feedback to coaching team
• Manage studio operations including inventory and sales logs
• Lead community outreach and marketing efforts

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets)

• Experience in boutique fitness studio environment
• Team leadership or coaching development experience
