💼 About This Role

You'll support high-quality ABA services under Minnesota's EIDBI benefit, blending direct therapy, training, and administrative tasks. You'll ensure treatment fidelity and teammate development while operating under BCBA supervision. This role is onsite in Minneapolis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 4 hours per day of direct therapy (50%)
• Assist with assessments and intakes
• Conduct fidelity checks for all teammates
• Serve as mentor for new hires during first 30 days

📋 Requirements

• Meets Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 Provider requirements
• Minimum 6 months experience as Registered Behavior Technician
• Active RBT credential in good standing
• Completion of a bachelor's degree
