You'll own the end-to-end design process for new product features at a high-growth compliance training startup. Your work will directly shape product direction and drive AI-accelerated design iterations. You'll report to the VP of Design and influence both product and design strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process from concept to shipped product
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate design iterations
• Communicate and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders
• Own qualitative research practice, turning user insights into product direction

📋 Requirements

• Track record of shipping product at a high-growth startup
• Ability to translate messy research into clear product direction
• Experience reducing complex problems to the right balance of flexibility and ease of use
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and minimal oversight
