You'll support store leadership to create the best experience for customers at Hot Topic. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets while sharing your fandom knowledge. This role lets you step up as a leader and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
