You will serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and production teams, managing calls, training, and documentation to ensure a delightful service experience. You'll drive continuous improvement, coordinate annual enrollment, and partner with sales and internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years client relationship experience in employee benefits/benefit administration
• 2+ years as a Client Services Lead
• Strong understanding of healthcare administration
• Strong relationship management and project management expertise
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients and production teams
