💼 About This Role

You'll define the validation strategy and tooling architecture for embedded firmware and software across our flagship electric vehicle products. You'll build scalable validation frameworks, lead system-level quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve testability and release readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical vision and roadmap for embedded firmware and software validation.
• Design and scale SIL and HIL validation infrastructure for automated testing.
• Build validation frameworks to improve test coverage and release readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex system issues across hardware and firmware.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in embedded software validation or firmware testing.
• Proven track record leading validation strategy for complex embedded platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based automation frameworks like Robot Framework or Pytest.
• Experience with SIL and HIL validation environments and automated workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive protocols like UDS, CAN, CAN-FD.
• Familiarity with Vector CANoe or similar network analysis tools.
• Experience validating wireless technologies such as cellular, Wi-Fi, or BLE.
