Description

You will provide functional support and day-to-day administration of people systems like Workday and Greenhouse, resolve data discrepancies, and educate team members on self-service tools. This on-site role is key to ensuring data integrity and improving user experience within Carvana's People Operations team.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) experience in HR/HRIS/systems
• Experience with any HRIS platform (Workday preferred)
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Customer service focused with high sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for people systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Tenstreet, Peakon)
• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday and other systems
• Resolve data discrepancies and conduct audits for data integrity
• Respond to and resolve requests through the People Systems ticketing system
• Maintain procedural manuals and system documentation
