Description

You will drive all aspects of ground program execution, including software and hardware development and operations. You will develop integrated schedules, manage priorities, and work cross-functionally to keep the program on track while supporting trade studies and reviews.

Requirements

• Expertise in developing and managing program schedules using Smartsheet or Project
• Bachelor of Science in related engineering discipline
• Strong communication skills
• 5 years engineering experience on large complex hardware, software and operations programs
• 3 years engineering management or project management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedule for Ground infrastructure and operations
• Drive priorities and execution of Ground development activities
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance
• Negotiate with internal stakeholders and work with international customers
• Support trade studies, reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), and anomaly resolution
