💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical program design and innovation as the physician subject matter expert, collaborating cross-functionally to shape strategies for health plans and health systems. Your core impact will drive go-to-market efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand Cohere's offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings
• Use market data and analytics to design new clinical delivery services
• Provide clinical leadership in research and external partnerships
• Support Growth team in client meetings and sales opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Board certification as MD or DO with unrestricted state license
• 5+ years clinical practice beyond residency in Orthopedic Surgery, Spine Surgery, Pain Medicine, or Physical Medicine Rehabilitation
• 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical strategy at health plan, healthtech, or consulting
