💼 About This Role

You'll support the overall quality objectives of the DC site, managing a team of supervisors and associates. You'll use a data-driven approach to identify and solve problems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable products on time. This role emphasizes team leadership and continuous improvement within a fast-paced meal-kit environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute implementation of key quality strategies (staffing, documentation, special projects).
• Coach, develop, and lead your team; conduct performance management.
• Own staffing, scheduling, and onboarding for FSQ associates.
• Monitor FSQ metrics, perform root cause analysis and track corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related management work experience.
• 2-4 years of work experience in quality/food safety assurance.
• Demonstrated track-record of accomplishments in a technology-driven company.
