You'll lead sales to large K-12 school districts across Canada, introducing MagicSchool's generative AI platform to alleviate teacher burnout and enhance learning. You'll build relationships with superintendent cabinets and navigate complex procurement processes. This role offers uncapped commission and the chance to work with cutting-edge AI for social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Close deals and build a robust sales pipeline to achieve booking targets
  • Position MagicSchool as the preferred solution for large K-12 districts
  • Cultivate relationships with superintendent cabinet members for consensus
  • Navigate procurement, evaluation, and negotiation processes including RFPs

📋 Requirements

  • Top seller track record in previous years
  • Experience with state/strategic/enterprise business in EdTech (not mid-market)
  • Deep connections within Canada

  • Experience with RFP and pilot processes
  • Familiarity with AI/EdTech landscape
