🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
  • Proactively resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives like webinars and events.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience building relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • Willingness to travel and be in the field 3 days/week.
