🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
- Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
- Proactively resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives like webinars and events.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience building relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
- Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Willingness to travel and be in the field 3 days/week.
