💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience at a pop-culture-themed retail store. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role is part-time and based in Winston Salem, NC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds

• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture
• Strong communication and time management skills

🚩 Heads Up

• Part-time role with assistant manager duties may require availability for opening/closing which could be underpaid
• Experience requirement (1 year) is minimal but combined with multi-tasking expectations may be high for the pay level
