Description

As the Health & Safety Manager for the Americas at Roku, you will develop, implement, and manage EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, safeguarding employees and operations. You'll serve as a regional EHS subject matter expert, lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, and partner with cross-functional teams to promote a safe workplace. This role is onsite Monday-Thursday in Austin, TX, with a remote option on Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years progressive EHS experience with at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional/global capacity
• Strong knowledge of North American EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, WHMIS, CSA standards)
• Professional certification preferred: CSP, CIH, CHMM, CRSP, or equivalent
• Experience in ergonomic risk mitigation and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional subject matter expert for Americas EHS matters, providing guidance to sites and teams
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits; track and report metrics for continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed safe practices across all work environments
