You'll lead project financing for utility-scale solar and storage projects, sourcing and implementing debt and tax equity structures. You'll drive capital allocation and optimization strategies across a growing portfolio. This role offers visibility with executive leadership and direct impact on renewable energy expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial models to analyze project feasibility and profitability
• Lead interaction with lenders and investors for project financing
• Prepare due diligence materials and documentation for transactions
• Develop pro formas for solar and storage projects with assumption support

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Project Finance
• 5+ years of Project Finance experience in US renewable energy industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with tax equity structures
• MBA or CFA
• Familiarity with renewable energy project contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M)
