💼 About This Role

You'll conduct individualized behavior assessments and develop customized treatment plans for children with autism at a multi-disciplinary therapy provider. Your work directly impacts early intervention outcomes through evidence-based ABA practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans
• Provide parent coaching and guidance
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Prior payor credentialing preferred
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience with autism or developmental delays using ABA
