You'll work on the Product team as a bridge between users and builders, handling technical escalations, running bug triage, and turning user feedback into actionable insights. This contract role supports Back-To-School season with potential to convert.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Reproduce reported issues and file bug reports with logs
  • Own escalated tickets and schedule customer calls
  • Feed insights into the product roadmap from user feedback
  • Manage library of educational standards
  • Contribute to public-facing help center articles

📋 Requirements

  • Technical aptitude with browser dev tools and SQL
  • Product mindset focusing on root causes and patterns
  • 2–4 years in customer-facing technical support at K-12 EdTech
  • Ability to work independently with discretion

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
  • Experience writing help center articles (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Familiarity with state academic standards or AI tools
