Requirements

• 7+ years as People Business Partner with large-scale organizational redesigns (100+ people)
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes of organizational friction
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational design
• Mastery in building trust-based partnerships with technical leaders
• Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, volatile environment
