Description

You will manage the general ledger, ensure compliance with US GAAP, support monthly/quarterly closings, prepare consolidated reports, and collaborate with US finance teams. As the company scales, you'll also assist with ERP implementation and help scale processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 5-10 years hands-on accounting experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger, ensure financial transactions are recorded and reconciled per US GAAP
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, AP, AR, prepaids, depreciation
• Support monthly/quarterly closings, adjusting entries, variance analysis
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, manage inter-company transactions, coordinate audits
• Assist with ERP implementation and help scale accounting processes
