Join PurposeMed's Affirming Care Pharmacy as a part-time Pharmacist in Toronto. You will provide patient-centered care, manage medication therapy, administer injections, and oversee pharmacy operations in a supportive, inclusive environment focused on improving healthcare access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Authorization to administer injections
• 2+ years of experience as a Staff Pharmacist
• Strong understanding of pharmacy business operations and economics

Responsibilities

• Provide patient medication counseling and customer service in-person and over the phone
• Coordinate medication delivery, refill cycles, and insurance support
• Administer injections according to scope of practice
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure accuracy of prescriptions
• Oversee inventory management, audits, and compliance with regulations
