You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting as the company prepares for its first external audit and public market entry. You'll work with the Chief Accounting Officer to ensure GAAP compliance and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. This is a unique opportunity to impact a growing AI company's trajectory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation.
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Oversee external audit process and manage auditor relationships.
• Build scalable accounting policies and mentor the accounting team.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices.
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch.
