You'll provide Varsity level customer support to sports-loving subscribers, troubleshooting issues via email, chat, and phone. Your impact will directly enhance the viewer experience for underserved sports communities. This role offers flexible scheduling aligned with live events.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to subscribers via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and billing info
  • Escalate technical issues and outages

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • 1-2 years call center or phone support experience
  • Experience with HelpDesk or CRM databases
  • Knowledge of digital streaming services and devices

  • Proficient in documenting sport statistics
  • Knowledge of competitive Track & Field infrastructure
