💼 About This Role

You'll lead legal execution for Anthropic's networking and datacenter operations, including dark fiber, IP transit, subsea cable, and O&M contracting. Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of frontier AI infrastructure. You'll build template libraries and partner with cross-functional teams to keep high-volume transactions fast while managing risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate dark fiber, IRU, and IP transit agreements.
• Structure O&M and facilities-management contracts.
• Own SLA-credit claims and vendor dispute resolution.
• Build contract template libraries and workflow playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• JD and active U.S. state bar membership.
• Fluency in availability and SLA constructs and network terms.
• Experience with high-volume, template-driven vendor contracting.
• Comfort with telecom regulatory concepts (FCC 214, cable-landing licenses).

• 10-12 years relevant legal experience in telecom/network transactions.
• In-house experience at cloud providers or datacenter operators.
• Law firm experience in telecom or technology transactions.
