You'll lead the data science engine behind Airwallex's hyper-growth, shaping experimentation, advanced analytics, and ML for acquisition, activation, and retention. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design leaders to unlock step-function growth. This senior role offers high impact in a fast-scaling fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mentor a world-class data science and AI team
• Architect and oversee experimentation framework (A/B testing, bandits, causal inference)
• Develop AI solutions for growth (agentic workflows, personalization engines, churn models)
• Translate DS/AI outputs into growth playbooks and investment strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML
• 5+ years leading data science teams at scale in tech or fintech
• Proficiency with Python/R, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms
• Proven track record using data science to drive customer acquisition and funnel optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning and causal ML
• Background in B2B growth or fintech
• Familiarity with LLM-powered insights tools
