You will lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified pipeline and drive outbound sales efforts. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve processes and report on key metrics, while hiring and developing top talent.

Requirements

Experience leading SDRs at a fast-growing tech company
Track record driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
Strong sales acumen; closing experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ
Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

Coach SDRs to reach outbound pipeline generation goals
Develop team members to grow sales skills
Deliver process and content improvements to accelerate SDR effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to improve pipeline
Hire and onboard new Sales Development Representatives
