🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects from contract award through closeout.
• Build and maintain project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material procurement.
• Manage change orders, progress billing, and closeout documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to interpret plans and specs.
• Experience with schedule and budget controls.
• Valid driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, QC training.
• PE / CAPM / PMP certification.
• Spanish language ability.
