💼 About This Role

You'll support the General Manager in overseeing student housing operations and partner with the Customer Sales Experience Manager on initiatives. You'll drive staff development, property administration, and financial performance to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Manage resident accounts, utility billing, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate work orders with vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Support annual turnover process including inspections and move-out billing.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and account issues.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in property management or living communities.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Customer-centric mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Entrata property management system.
• Knowledge of student housing regulations.
• Familiarity with sales and leasing KPIs.
