💼 About This Role

You'll build reusable infrastructure as code and self-service platform capabilities for a multi-product, AI-first platform company. Your work will directly improve developer experience and engineering productivity across nearly 50 global insurers. You'll experiment with AI-enabled developer workflows in a company backed by a16z and Highland Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and self-service platform capabilities.
• Contribute to AI-enabled developer workflows across CI/CD and operational tooling.
• Deliver secure, scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with platform standards.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to improve platform usability and adoption.
• Monitor and improve platform performance using metrics and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Production-grade cloud infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tooling.
• CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows that improved deployment reliability.
• Secure infrastructure and operational best practices reducing risk or drift.
• Platform, tooling, or developer experience initiatives improving usability or adoption.

• Experience with AI or automation tooling for developer workflows.
• Ownership of technical problems from implementation to operational support.
