💼 About This Role

You'll own the full scope of IT strategy, security, infrastructure, and operations for an AI-native biotech startup. You'll architect an AI-powered enterprise that accelerates drug discovery and enables scientific breakthroughs. This role offers the chance to embed intelligence into every layer of the company's operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the IT roadmap across cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications
• Lead AI adoption strategy to accelerate research workflows and clinical operations
• Ensure reliability and scalability of AI and HPC platforms for drug discovery
• Own the full security posture and compliance programs like SOC 2 and ISO 27001

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership
• 5+ years as senior IT leader (VP, CIO, or equivalent) at a high-growth tech company
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and enterprise architecture
• Proven experience owning IT operations and security without a dedicated CISO
