Description

You will drive the deployment and implementation of new products at Okta, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a technical expert in identity and access management. Your work will involve designing lab environments, delivering training, and informing product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Strong background in identity and access management with expertise in Okta products
• Experience in cybersecurity including PAM, IGA, ITDR, and SPM
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Active Directory, AD CS, and ADFS
• Strong understanding of identity federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) or IaC tools (Terraform)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions
• Design, build, and maintain lab environment for testing and product demonstrations
• Deliver hands-on training and mentoring to customers and field teams
• Act as bridge between customer needs and Product Management for roadmap priorities
• Conduct technical implementation, troubleshooting, and testing of products
