Description

In this role, you'll lead a team focused on identity and authentication services, designing and maintaining secure access systems that scale across our SaaS platform. You will grow the team, drive technical strategy, and expand into additional platform domains.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-ready cloud-based systems
• Experience with modern programming languages (C#, Golang, Java)
• Expertise in API services and microservices architectures
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Oversee development of platform services focusing on identity authentication (auth flows, SSO, OIDC, access control)
• Partner with product and security teams to define priorities
• Foster an adaptive agile culture delivering secure, scalable solutions
• Recruit top talent, set expectations, and mentor engineers
