💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and launch of the Bank's first regulated lending product, enabling faster, more transparent lending decisions for UK SMEs. You'll own the product delivery from MVP build through pilot and full launch, working with cross-functional teams and third-party technology providers. This role offers the opportunity to shape a brand-new product in a collaborative, values-driven bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product development for a new Regulated Bridging product
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Partner with engineering and platform providers to ensure solutions are delivered on time
• Support launch readiness by coordinating UAT, operational design, and broker onboarding
• Define and track success metrics for MVP, pilot, and full launch

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product within Regulated Lending at a bank or fintech
• Leading cross-functional teams to launch and grow products with measurable outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of specialist property lending market and Regulated Bridging
• Working within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty and MCOB

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mambu, nCino or similar banking platforms
• Collaborating with commercial, credit, and operational teams
